I think this video bring up some valid points but it also seems to exaggerate details and not exactly be truth, the point about the blacklist containing creators for “unknown” reasons have reasons to why they’re blacklisted in the screenshot you showed, while it is private it isn’t so secret as it’s pretty known in the creator community, I do agree it shouldn’t be completely private though
