About the moon, I heard it was an Andromedan biosphere -- Arcturian built -- that was disabled in the Tiamat War. I've been considering the source of this info to be pretty reliable -- on my short list that includes our dear Alex. I'm surprised that wasn't the first thing you mentioned.
