If the change was going to be a permanent situation after Jess returned, management should have had a meeting and notified Jess of the change. Just hearing part of Jess's issues with the situation I get it She could have handled it differently but they could have also. I blame the Producers.

The bottom line is that Management/Producers were playing in her face. Trust and believe there was a decision about keeping Loren on as a fourth seat. JESS just was not invited to the table.

The more I think about it, the more I agree with Jess. Unless someone at the top speaks to Jess and confirms that they made the decision to keep Loren on. It makes Loren look like a liar that initially agreed to go back behind the camera after Jess returned, but just decided to stay anyway. Jess picked her because she trusted her, so she's going to feel betrayed if Loren flat out lied to her and is staying on in an attempt to replace her.
