These strikes are nothing more than an attention grab. If you want better pay, work harder and prove you deserve it, instead of throwing a tantrum and disrupting everyone else’s holiday shopping.

I will support local retail stores. Striking during holidays doesn't help you. Customers don't care. Loss revenue means job cuts. Stop making a career out of unskilled labor. When you do, you cause inflation. Go get an education and pull yourself out of poverty.
I don't have proper breaks. I know plenty of PhD engineers work nearly 80 hrs/wk, and doctors during residencies and fellowships work 80hrs/wk and make below minimum wage.

Not going to happen under Biden and our state’s governor. High wages and high costs for drinks and food mean fewer customers and employees getting laid-off. If you can’t afford rent, then get 2–3 part-time jobs. High wages don’t solve the problem; they put people out of work. Typical Democrats.

Hi! 20 year old past recent Amazon employee that just got out of college here! Imagine as a grown man or woman having to race around, to look for your "supervisor" to ask "I need to use the bathroom", or "I left my keys in the break room, I need to go get them?" And the reply that you're met with is "... we're in peak season. We need everyone to be making quota." So your only option is to break the "rules" and get written up. Imagine that?
