Lest you forget, Soundwave also honed his skills in the pits of Kaon.

Considering that Soundwave would later talk in the Robots in Disguise cartoon (which is a sequel series to Transformers Prime), and since Soundwave did talk in the 3rd season of Transformers Prime itself… it makes sense for Soundwave to talk here, considering it’s a scene where he’s supposed to talk to Arachnid.

Honestly? This is an impressive voiceover video, especially when it came out in 2015.
