Spot trading is less risky while future is highly risky. I personally will go for spot trading always.

I am more of a Spot trader, its safer and less risky than futures in my case as you own the currency you buy unlike Futures.

Hey man, real nice job explaining the difference between spot and futures. The major difference was when you said you can go long/buy AND sell/short in futures, but only go long and close the trade in spot win/lose (up or down) regardless. I searched high and low for that answer without actually doing it, ( I would have to first completely understand the entire concept of trading) this was the only explanation. Thanks so much!!
