Guin fingers come to the rescue of the eggs so they can hatch before they get eaten. Baklava is so sweet with honey. I like a few bites but prefer spinach pie with feta and crust that has been basted with honey.

It’s funny how Guin hates hair on her forehead now as she is always trying to push it away. It’s not long ago she wanted it on her face😂

There is a Greek pastry called a "birds nest" that's very similar in flavors. The dough is shredded and formed into a little nest, the pistachios are eggs and of course there's honey involved.
