Building My Dream Modern House - UPDATE + More Delays

Sadly we are still delayed with this house build, and we hope to move in by the END of the year. Hope you enjoy this update/tour. Really open to any interior design suggestions as we are getting to the nice visual stuff that makes the biggest difference!

beautiful house, you should really considering having an "Main point of entry" for your Internet service provider, and from there you should set-up your entire home with a Wifi Mesh system, so no matter where you are , weather you are in the front outside or in the back of your house garden you will have perfect strong secure "WiFi 7", I'd suggest using a company like Ubiquiti "UniFi" products, this way also all your things including thermostat, TVs, fridge, garage opener, security cameras, no matter where they are in your home they have full strong signal because of the "Mesh" technology of the unify system... Take a look at it, at this point of the build is good because you have to setup "access points" and the best is if they are "backbone hard wired"

You should do something incredible with the basement instead of just storage. The stairs are the center piece of the house and it should lead to something

as soon as u step into the foyer there should be a wow moment. there should be a gorgeous view, or stunning staircase or something. most people buying a home will make a decision as soon as they step in and the rest of the tour will support that initial reaction.
