#19 Doesn't matter if Espargaró interfered with Rossi - cruising on the racing line is INCREDIBLY dangerous.
Rossi either spotted it in time, or was cruising OFF the racing line.
A rider putting in a fast lap might not have seen Espargaró in time, leading to a horrendous collision.
This is not an unknown rule - it's one of the top rules - if you're not traveling at speed, get off the line.

Espargaró was no rookie - a very experienced rider who should have known better - Rossi had every right to be furious.

In 1980 i was 10yrs old and on holiday in the south of France with my parents and my dad was a biker and he took us to the french GP at Paul Ricard circuit and Barry sheene crashed right Infront of us and he lost the end of his little finger and they put him in a Citroen ambulance car and it was so close to us that we got to speak to him through an open window and he asked us if we had any fags so he could have a smoke!
