Heres my take Nvidia and tesla should be A tier because they are focused on the future of AI and robots and software like self driving their potential is huge in the 2030s if they continue this plan. for the other 3 big tech stocks they have to make a decision to stay relevant by adopting AI and Bitcoin into their companies to make it to A tier

And maybe a few others that are escaping me at the moment but what I believe to be the best investments is obviously BTC as a long term store of value. Bitcoin is have to strongly disagree with your placement of life insurance a properly set up whole life policy allows you to take policy loans and repay the loan with interest except now you pay yourself all the intrest, essentially you can become you own bankers, it also has guaranteed returns for as long as you are making your annual premium payments. I would put it in the B category right under bitcoin.

I appreciate the zeal for BTC and half my retirement is in it. But you must diversify. Even if you think Bitcoin is the best. It’s not a straight line up and never will be and politicians always be untrustworthy so you must be able to have access to funds.

Horrible ratings: You must understand 1. Preservation of value 2. Investment.
1. Keeps the value of your money for the next years but it does not increase the value of your money, if it appreciate then it is because of depreciating value of dollar or any fiat currency 2. Not just preserve value but increase the value of your money
Cash should have been in Trash because it does not do any of the 2 above
S&P should be in B, While all magnificent 7 should be in A.
Gold should be in C only because it can do #1 not #2

Housing I don't know but a lot of specialists told me it is headache and S&P is better for majority of cases

I think gold and silver should be at B tier. I think most of the value if gold and silver comes from paper gold/silver. Not from the actual asset holding itself

I think as far as insurance - you are confusing term life vs whole life insurance. Whole life is an investment, and you CAN borrow against it during your life. That said, I don't have any as BTC is better.

Tesla should be in the A tier behind MicroStrategy. Gold and silver should be in the B behind Nvidia.

MSTR is B or C. Too many counterparty risks. Plus the past few months bitcoin has outperformed MSTR. Depending on when you enter the MSTR trade you may or may not outperform Bitcoin. Too many folks are buying MSTR thinking it’s the equivalent of bitcoin. They are fiat farming.

You need to seperate land and property... Land is scarce and the supply cant be increased easily.
