ill never forget how dry texas was ...or how it floods when it does rain. .......hydrophobic, with a yucky water table only a foot down!!!.....back in 88 i could dig a hole in the yard in liberty hill and by morning it would be full of water ....that was 100' above a creek that had flooded in the past and took out all the houses .......i remember that spring it hailed 2" deep and 2 weeks later the creek flooded from 3' deep and 10' wide to 75' deep and 300'+ wide.........i have never witnessed a power like that to this day

Dammit Matt! Why couldn’t you have moved to Hawaii? I lived in Texas for 47 years, the past 15 years just west of San Marcos. We moved to Kaneohe, HI in 2019. I would love to have you as a neighbor here in paradise. However, my 10,000 sft. Lot and 1500 sft. house appraised at $1.2 mil 2 months ago, ouch. It is nice to be able to dig deeper that 6” without a jack hammer 😫 Love the videos!!!
