Acrylic Pour on a Table - Part 1

Has anyone ever tried to do an acrylic pour (WITHOUT epoxy or resin), straight onto the floor to create a pattern?
What are some of the challenges one may face. I know for one I won't be able to tilt the floor 😀, but I was hoping to use a blow dryer to spread the acrylic.
I was planning to do an epoxy pour on my bathroom/toilet and also the kitchen floor, but lost my job and unable to afford to buy the epoxy/resin. But I have lots of acrylic paint. Your advice is appreciated❤️

Both are nice but the first one was the best

She had to hold it from the legs and use gloves 🧤

Preferred the first pour. The second was a waste of paint save it for another table

What colors did you use

Like slapping a can of mixed paints on a van goh

Why not sit the table on the ground

Suggestion, take table legs off before pour. :)

Did you use any additives to create the spore affect? Or did the paint do it on its own?

It turned out nice but it would be nice if you told us all the colors you used.

Hi mix media gal. I tried to find whet to message you but I had a question. I believe you did a pour on a record. So I was wondering . If you didn't turn it into a clock, what did you use to fill the hole? I'm having issues with fiitting the clock devise through the hole and am nervous about having to drill a bigger hole as I do NOT want it to Crack! I was going to tape it up then drill but still hesitant about it. Ideas? Insights? If not do you know of anyone who might know? Thanks so much in advance. ❤

I have two end tables with a recessed center. Can you do something like this when the paint will all stay in the center and not flow off the edge?

Actually at 4 mins exactly it looked like the planet Jupiter but instead of a big red spot there was a big blue spot :-)

How do you treat the wood and paint later?

Why not separate top from base 1st then paint, that would make it so much easier & no paint on base:)

Why didn’t you prime the wood first? How’s the paint still holding up? Is it peeling?
