Stars of the hit Netflix series “The Umbrella Academy” -- Tom Hopper (Luther Hargreeves / Spaceboy) and Emmy Raver-Lampman (Allison Hargreeves / The Rumor) -- discuss the show and their careers, share behind-the-scenes stories and answer fan questions at their 2019 Fan Expo Canada Q&A panel in Toronto.

Tom Hopper began his acting career in a stage performance for Shakespeare's "As You Like It" at the Watford Palace Theatre. Since then he has appeared in several shows including "Merlin" and "Black Sails." In 2018, he appeared in the Amy Schumer movie "I Feel Pretty."

Emmy Raver-Lampman began her career in musical theater, performing in various Broadway productions such as "Hair," "Wicked" and "Hamilton." She graduated Martymount Manhattan College in New York with a BA in Theater in 2012 and had small roles on television series like "A Million Little Things" before she landed her first major television role with "The Umbrella Academy."

"The Umbrella Academy" (2019-) is an American superhero web television series developed by Steve Blackman and Jeremy Slater for Netflix. It is an adaptation of the comic book series of the same name, created by Gerard Way and Gabriel Bá, and published by Dark Horse Comics. The plot revolves around a dysfunctional family of adopted sibling superheroes who reunite to solve the mystery of their father's death and the threat of an impending apocalypse. The series is produced by Borderline Entertainment, Dark Horse Entertainment and Universal Cable Productions.
