2 Affordable Florida New Construction Homes Both Under $300,000! From the $240K's Better than Ocala

We’ve been considering a new construction home in Citrus Springs or Ocala when we move from Pennsylvania. Only issue is when I looked up the reviews of these homes and home builders they are TERRIBLE reviews. Quadruple the amount of bad reviews then good. So now we’re hesitant and back to looking at both new construction and established homes. New construction also has those closing costs incentives but is it worth it if there is mold in the home in 7 months or if your driveway and garage concrete is falling apart? What’s been your honest personal experience with these new construction homes? We asked our Ocala realtor about this but he was reluctant to name names.

Nice homes. Liked the 2nd homes bathrooms a little better. Is it city water or well? Septic or sewer?
