Russia to start mass production of MiG-35 “Fulcrum Foxtrot” fighter jet in 2025

You didn't say a single word whether this aircraft has thrust vector on not! I checked the Klimov RD-33k and this is what I found... The RD-33K is an improved variant of RD-33 engine providing around 1,000 pounds of additional thrust. This new variant was available as standard equipment for Mig-29M, Mig-29M2, Mig-29K and Mig-29SMT aircraft. Each RD-33K engine is rated at 19,400 pounds of thrust. So, with this, it's safe to say MiG-35 doesn't have thrust vector engines, which in this day of age is a huge handicap. Don't see why the Russians even bothered if their "upgrade" over the previous generation of MiG-29 jets can't even evade a missile.

mig-35 is a piece of junk, it's not a match for the American F-15EX that can carry 20 long range air to air amraam missiles.

who says ukronatos managed to shoot down su-35 or su-34 we all have seen the heavy su-34 easily neutralize 2 and 3 patriot missiles... the downed aircraft are very few old mig-29. The Mig-35 is an essential micro-stalker for intercepting cheap targets. such as the F-16 and the cumbersome f-35. the su-27s used so far are old and expensive

MiG-35 is just a newer and better version of old MiG-29. It’s still a 4th generation aircraft. I would personally and patiently wait for MiG-41, which is a 6th generation aircraft that Russia would like to use to replace their existing and old MiG-31 (a newer and better version of MiG-25), which they had extended the lifespans til 2030. Just like one would go for SU-57 (5th generation aircraft) or SU-75 (5th generation aircraft) in the near future, instead of SU-30, SU-34 and SU-35, which are the newer and better versions of the old SU-27.
