What do you want to see me talk about more in light of recent news?
ОтветитьDo you start sweet potatoes with seeds ?
ОтветитьAn old video is now more relevant than ever, thanks for the list we will be living off this for a while.
Ответитьmore relevant than ever with farmers recently losing their subsidies and some even losing their farms
ОтветитьI’ve seen squash grown on a trellis. Do you recommend that to save space?
ОтветитьJOHEGOH seneca word for the three sisters 😊
ОтветитьThe green (exposed) potatoes... I'm Irish, and I always thought my Gram was joking when she always said we don't want the green potato. 😢 That warmed my heart to hear you say that. I never really knew why.
ОтветитьSooo, you got sick of eating potatoes without seasoning, but did you use oil, salt or butter to prepare them? Because that would be cheating too.
ОтветитьSpinach, carrots, beans and potatoes...for the longterm: avocado and fruit trees and berries. Depending on hardiness zone, of course. Kudzoo - known as an invasive vine and a bain in the south but guess what, it has large tubers, much larger than potatoes as well as edible leaves. It's actually purposefully cultivated in some parts of Africa.
ОтветитьThank you for the info 👨🌾🥬🍎❤️
ОтветитьHammer head headass
ОтветитьV12
ОтветитьTaters, grains, legumes, gourds
ОтветитьI will totally say tomatoes. They are supper easy to grow and you give you a lot of food, with great flavour and Mikro nutrients
ОтветитьGarbage
ОтветитьLove your content new subscriber and this is a wealthy source of information. What kind of apocalypse we talking about here though. Thats the question. Zombie apocalypse or some kind of disease famine apocalypse I can understand. WW3 nuclear war we're all fucked.
Honestly I see people with houses and decent amount of frontyard and backyard where they can start growing and ridiculous seeing all these unused plots not being used because oh I work a 9 to 5 and I don't feel like doing anything else pathetic honestly. It only takes an hour to check on your plants and to water them THE FUCK. I swear we americans have become to reliant on the system and I'm afraid most of them have forgotten how to grow their own food.
Awesome video, from a South African survivalist and prepper channel, I 100% approve of this list, I'd add in spekboom, give it a look sometime, it's more of a local wild plant, but amazing in many regards.
ОтветитьThe apocalypse begins late Jan 2025.
ОтветитьWhat about okra that stuff super easy to grow and grows a bunch
Ответитьwhat if one could attract various birds then feed them common seeds one might use in gardening and just let them distribute them and have the entire community do it until there is food growing EVERYWHERE!
ОтветитьONIONS! GARLIC! TOMATOS!
ОтветитьThe most important crop of all are grains, in my opinion. High protein content and Einkorn wheat has most all of the essential amino acids our bodies need. Don't forget the soy bean, edamame, a complete protein. Thanks, I enjoy your videos!
ОтветитьThanks for the breakdown! 🤔 I wanted to ask something unrelated: 🤔 I have these words 🤨. (behave today finger ski upon boy assault summer exhaust beauty stereo over). Can someone explain what this is? 😅
ОтветитьPERHAPS YOU COULD DO A VIDEO FOR THOSE CARNIVORES LIKE ME THAT ONLY EAT ANIMAL PRODUCTS...
I WONDER WHAT WOULD GROW FROM PLANTING BEEF BONES???
Emelie Hills
ОтветитьHow much space do you need to plant enough of each of these things to feed a person?
ОтветитьSquash... for the three sisters.
ОтветитьDon't forget to use the corn silk and sweet potato leaf
ОтветитьGuys, get yourself to grow some Levisticum officinale (Lovage). Herb, easy to grow (3 plants are enough for a family to use it all year long and also the dry the leaves for winter), makes almost all food better tasting (like glutamate) and has positive effects on your gastrointestinal tract. Awesome especially for soups. Grows in temerate climate but has no problems with a bit of shadow or full sun. Water amount is mediocre. Does not need too much but also does not want to dry out.
ОтветитьI would add garlic and onions and maybe even some cayenne peppers. They're easy to store and can help add some flavour diversity.
ОтветитьWith the Level 1 'Green Thumb' and Level 1 'Science!' perk, you can create Tomtatoes and harvest potatoes and Tomatoes from one plant.
ОтветитьPotatoes have more potassium ounce per ounce than bananas too! 🇮🇪
Ответитьyou're gonna need more and constant supply of those few leaflets you got there , LOL
ОтветитьWhat kind of beans??? I prefer peas.
ОтветитьI would also want cauliflower, broccoli, garlic, and onions in my farm.
ОтветитьYou know what another word for ferment rotten
ОтветитьHi. Thanks for the video. Could you please name some apocalipse fruit trees that are good?
ОтветитьBull Shit, search for makhana crop
ОтветитьGood list.
Ответить1 beans
2 corn
3 squash
4 potatoes
5 kale
6 cabbage
7 sweet potato
8 herbs

If an apocalypse happens all those plants in front of the house will get raided in a day.

ОтветитьCould You contact me regarding becoming a Canadian disturber for the beds In ontario canada
ОтветитьRecommend Chamomile
ОтветитьAsparagus is a good one that you forgot. Awesome list though!
ОтветитьIt's quite amazing what we no know about the origin, lies and media panic
ОтветитьGreat vid very informative
Ответитьsun-chokes. they're invasive , and you can also use them to make alcohol and bio-diesel fuel. after you eat your fill.
ОтветитьWhich plant would be good for producing oil locally by yourself in a apocalypse scenario
ОтветитьFermented sauerkraut can last for 6 months in the fridge and provides TONS of vitamin c and probiotics. It kept many sailors from developing scurvy.
