Move over, James Sunderland. Brisco is the world's deepest and most nuanced videogame character.
No joke though, I love his voice acting in this. Notice how the characters in this game are always being recorded by the player? It's like the cast is acting like they're acting, playing up the drama for effect. Brisco's ultimatum is like he's pretending he's in a movie. Maybe I'm giving the cast too much credit, but every Brisco line in this is hilarious. I love "bad" videogame voiceacting so much. Better than casting Nolan North for everything.

These Monsters(And Humans) sure are passive.
