My dentist gives me a tiny little 3-pc floss pick pack in my goodie bag when I leave, and it’s perfect for my emergency kit! It’s super tiny, and it only has 3 picks! (I’m probably not gonna need more than 3)

Don’t forget, cold medicines and hand wipes, toilet wipes, and decongestant, tums, pepto chewables, breath mints, Tylenol, and feminine supplies. And don’t forget the DOLLAR TREE! They have so many really cool little items you can use in your backpack and emergency kit.
The spray hand sanitizer is AWESOME! Zero dry time, and it smells amazing. The touchland can also be used as emergency spray deodorant (don’t ask how I know that) 😂
You only need a couple of bandaids and a small spray neosporin. It’s also good to have at least one waterproof mascara to keep on the go. Tums is for heart burn. Pepto is for stomach issues. Mint and ginger also help settle your stomach. But pepto works within ten minutes. I don’t go anywhere without it. If you take prescription meds you also want to have some of those on hand. Most of the “mini” items are in the travel sections in target, Walmart, and the dollar tree. Something else is also Crystal lite drink packs to help you get your water!
