Savage 93R17 SR, with rotary magazine, it's mind blowing accurate 1MAO at 100 yards.

I have the Ruger precision rimfire in 17hmr. The weigth is good and heavy but no balance what so ever. The bolt lock is terrible and you can slip and move the bolt up and down in locked posistion, not much, but enough to alter the outcome of the shot. The bolt easily opens , so to little tention to keep it in locked position. The safaty is also extremely hard to put on at times with the loudest click when it finally goes in to position, tried to fix this with the manuals but no luck , just the same result. Everyting else is good. But the bolt and action system is messing this gun up. For me atleast. The 527 is much more quality for the monies on all points.

Bogus review. You put a Chiappa over a CZ product? Or other choices for that matter?

When I realized CZ was not anywhere on the list I concluded this channel is totally full of BS. I wonder who is writing the content. It obviously not a anyone that has any experience with the 17 HMR or any other rifle. This is channel has lost all credibility.

Poor research , NO Steyr Zephyr, NO Cooper Arms, NO Volquartsen, NO Sako, NO Tikka, NO Anschutz, NO Weirauch, CZ ... you have not addressed the best .17hmr's at all!

My Tikka with 16" barrel is a tack driver. I am almost as impressed with the Chiappa Badger for price and a great trigger for amazing groups. That`s my experience.

So no bergara or tikka??? Best these are not the best.

The savage A17 I think should have been on that list,that is one awesome gun.

I would say that they are 5 of the worst 17hmr rifles and none of them would make my top 10

I've got a marlin 917v & rpr in 17hmr the marlin will outshoot the rpr every day all day hands down no doubt it

Dont think this is accurate. Would say the top three would be tikka t1x upr, cz 457 mtr and an 1727 Anshutz. The ruger precision rifle without mods is a class well below the rifles I mentioned
