Johnny - ELIMINATED - 21 mistakes, 10 service mistakes (needed help turning on the mixer, presentation, blamed the time and irritated chef, not crispy, gummy, looks like old boots, didn't listen to Shaina's advice and didn't want to sear the fish during preparation, took too long with fish, put all the fish in the pan at once, raw fish in the pan slowed down the kitchen, long times because fish weren't sear, chef scolded the blue team because none of the fish were sear because of him, said he was holding the fish, didn't know that you sear the fish before the appetizers, communication, said his team would recover but chef had already decided that the red team would finish the service for them, team didn't reach a consensus, lied to chef that he didn't know about the fish)
