How do we notice a tense spot in the body and how do we relax it? Do you cover that elsewhere?

It would be much more helpful if you just do a longer meditation without non of the intro.

“When you've completed the exercise and you’re comfortable again…”. Do people really get “comfortable”? Did you mean to say that? What do you do when the 8 minutes is over and you’re still full of anxiety?

Would love a segment that's just the meditation part without the intro and instructions... That would be fantastic, Thanks for all your help and efforts!!!

Thank you, I needed this today. Have been following you for some time (listened to you when you covered Claire Weekes book chapters which also helped me very much!).
Currently also coming off an antidepressant so struggling/questioning if my current anxiety (bad in mornings) is “second fear” or withdrawal or something else (also have a health issue).
I know I have to stop questioning/trying to figure it out, but it is very hard!
Thank you for your work!❤

Thank you Drew. I am on the recovery journey. I was in a panic when I started and letting things be, accept, treat myself with kindness,…learning! 🙏🏻❤️

Hey Drew, I’ve been following this channel for a while now. Can acceptance be applied to earworms(constant song stuck in my head) that have been caused by anxiety? I used to get ear worms before but I never really minded it, but my anxious mind was persuading me that this song will be stuck in my head forever and I will go crazy. It’s also persuading me that I have OCD. Your videos are always helpful. Thank you❤️

Is it fine to do this when there is a trigger. For example, doing this at night when I’m anxious about not sleeping?

Why is mine constant then? Makes no sense?

It's the hardest thing to let go of "control". Once you do, it's world changing.
