Wait a sec, does the mission not let you do stealth or something? Tried it a million times and get spotted by an enemy who isn't even looking at me

Just finally realized that if you cause mayhem at the academy after the gig, you'll skip few days and head to the stadium where Tommie's dad works as a clothes vendor. He'll be angry at you for killing everyone at the academy and you won't be buying clothes there anymore. For me, I did stealth and non-lethal takedowns to get to Fiona's office. Did the deal, let Tommie joins the sports team and leave the academy cleanly. Skip few days, went to the stadium and Tommie's dad gives V a discount. Glad I made saves just to avoid mishaps.

is it impossible to do this with stealth?

Killed my way in quietly, killed the lady quietly and I didn’t get any mercenaries, I believe that’s the true stealth run
