How To Add Instagram Link To TikTok Bio

hi there, I'm having problems trying to do this. I have 3 IG accounts but they are all under the same Email address. When I've been successful getting past the part when they want me to enter a code ( this normally doesn't work , not even when I ask them to send it again), it asks me to login to my IG account (I use my email addy) but it wants to connect to the wrong IG account. It doesn't give me options which account to connect. What am I doing wrong?

sooooo why is that "links" section not there when I go to edit my profile..?

I log in. But then tiktok just says problem with app. Close and redo. Which ive done but no joy
