You cant have grenade spam now specifically because of inertia. If they gave us faster grenade animations, you'd never be able to run away from someones grenade spamming. I get the want for it and wishing it was faster. Being able to spam grenades now when we suffer from huge movement speed penalties means you wouldn't be able to run from grenade spam like we could when we had no penalties/inertia.
