Wish the cops in my city were able to respond to thefts. I called for a young lady who had someone following her trying to kidnap her and she had been assaulted and it still took near 30-40 minutes for them to arrive. We have so many thefts at the store I work at and they all get away Scott free, there is one guy who changes his appearance every time and used to taunt us by stealing a 1L jug of chocolate milk, drinking half of it and leaving it.
