ОтветитьWhere is Sanjeev Kapoor??
ОтветитьThe name is written correctly, but the lady pronounced it "papeto pe eedu" it's par and not pe.
ОтветитьFabulous😋✨
ОтветитьInstead of potatoes I used ready-made Patato chivda
Ответитьwhy am I seeing the lady talk endlessly? I need to see what's happening in the pan. It's like teaching calculus while you keep looking at the teacher and not the board. Funny!! Whenever it's about Punjabis (I being one) and Parsis, people sing songs about their joie de vivre, whackjobs, I want to see how they do what they do. Stop writing poems about sarson da saag and salli boti, show me what you are doing in the PAN! Geddit???
ОтветитьHeat the oil
Add the finely sliced onions
Add the potatoes
Add ginger garlic paste saute
Close the pan and let it gently cooked
Once cooked u could spread it in a pan layer it
And either Add full eggs or beat the eggs seasoned with salt and pepper and green chillies
Spread it over the layered pan put it on a gentle heat
Cut it into squares and serve garnished with finely chopped coriander
Onions should be finely sliced potatoes to be halved and then quartered
No tomatoes in traditional parsi papeta per eedu
U vould beat the eggs laced with green chillies seasoned with salt and pepper
Mix potatoes and
Very nice

Ответитьwash the cut potatoes pieces with water 3-5 times and drain out the water completely before putting them to fry. That will make the potatoes never stick to each other whichever way you put them in pan and also go crispier as you fry them. ;-)
