X95 for sure. As to selector on the x95. Just switch the side it's on. It's just retained by a pin. That's like the 3rd video he's mentioned it in, and it doesn't seem that they have figured it out. He likes to be able to switch the hand grip? They make a traditional handgrip for the X95, it's like 30 bucks. There are even people making hybrid grips for it.

I like the adjustable stock on the hellion. And the price.

It’s a real shame the 300 blk variant of the x95 was discontinued.

It’d be awesome if the hellion had the option.

The Mdrx is the only 300aac option, and it costs nearly a grand more.
I ain’t spending that kind of money.

The Springfield is a gimmick fun to plink at the range type of rifle, the Tavor is a work of art and can take an absolute beating and still work flawlessly

When switching back and forth on the gas settings on the hellion, you can see significantly more consistent and powerful ejection on the unsupressed setting. Also wouldve been nice to see the trigger comparison between the two. Hellion looks like a more flat face trigger.

Updated hellion fixed the fire selector and added some new colors.

What Clint showed here today was no matter the controls the training is key. Having previous experience with the Tavor and favoring the controls he was still able to get close with the VHS-2.

CORRECTION: magazine insertion with the Hellion has to be "more precise" ONLY WHEN you're using the adapter for AR magazines. With that removed, and using the proprietary Croatian magazines that IS NOT THE CASE.

VERDICT: the IWI Tavor is awesome, and the VHS 2/Hellion is even better.

I never knew anything about a bullpup. A coworker of mine said that she had a friend who was selling numerous guns, rifles, shotguns, and ammo. She said to me that her friend’s father was a gun collector and had just passed away. I went to see her friend and he started showing me all the different weapons his father had collected. One of the riffles that caught my attention was the Tavor X95. I bought it for $1200.00 dollars new in the box.

I think if the Hellion gets more aftermarket trigger options and a flared mag we'll, then it would super rock!

For reloading, the Tavor kicks the Hellions butt. No doubt. However, I have zero regrets buying my Hellion. I love it. Yes seconds count but I'm not a soldier in combat but an average guy defending my home, and I think I have an excellent tool to do so.

I have owned an x95 and currently own a Hellion. In my opinion I would choose the x95 just based on familiarity. Both are great! The Hellion just took a little longer to master.

X95 hands down. Also you can switch the grip out on the Tavor if you want.

its not the G36 and Tavor X95 having a lovechild, rather its the FAMAS and the G36. The VHS1 looked A LOT like a FAMAS with some G36 clues, the newer VHS2 or Hellion for the US Market is basically a bullpup G36 with FAMAS overall design clues

I've seen ARs that work two times as gassy

They should have used the Tavor 7, IWI fixed a lot of little problems people had with the x95. Like swapping the ejection port and adjusting the gass system. Also you can lock the charging lever to the rear and give it a little H&K slap instead if doing some weird stuff to manipulate the bolt catch.

I was not sure which one to buy. I am looking at it in the 308 and after watching this awesome video, I made my decision which one I will buy!

Are you purposefully trying to make the Tavor slower? The mag should just drop when you hit the release. Huh?.
