Thanks so much for this Theo! Im in EMDR therapy and ACA 12 step recovery program and took so many notes because I can resonate with so much of what was said and what I have learned in EMDR therapy and going to ACA meetings.

Random but This guest looks like an older and cuter version of the main actor in shawshank redemption. Very helpful info here, I always thought working out would help when angry but maybe just breathing and letting it go or removing myself from the stimulus if possible would help.

This man has grey hair. So I'm guessing he's been using the English language as a primary means of communication for multiple decades. The minute somebody that old says "anywayS" with an S on the end, I question their level of intelligence, perceptiveness, and self awareness. This is something the average 5 year old should know, and this man has spoken, heard, read, and written the English language for hours every day over multiple decades, and still hasn't figured it out. That says a lot in my mind.
