Today we're going to start reading the book of Revelation together, but first we have some work to do. No other book of the Bible is as hard to read, and no other book of the Bible attracts crazy ideas like Revelation. But if we're conscious and careful, no other book speaks as powerfully to the soul in times like these. I come back to this study of Revelation over and over again, because it is so incredibly hopeful. Not cheap hope…but the Ash Wednesday/Good Friday sort of hope where we acknowledge all the pain and failure and loss, but in the midst of that cling to the promise. Thank you so much for sharing these videos.
