I have always had some difficulties with my wrist action in my swing. I used the third method but nervetheless with such wrist action I had sometimes a 'shank crisis' with my wedges(coming too far from inside). So I decided to come back to the traditional wrist cock and I noticed a gain in distance. It seems that the difference in distance does not come directly from the wrist but from the fact that with normal wrist it forces me to have a complete rotation instead of a shorter backswing.

Hey bro. I love the flying wedges portion. It seems that you are to maintain those angles and swing the whole package of shoulders maintaining those angles OR let the pivot bring that package of shoulders and wrist cock. Did you do a rope video showing the pivot leading? When Mr. Kelly talks about a hitter motion he isn't talking about the wrist angle of the right arm breaking down is he? Thanks

An excellent explanation and demonstration BJ of the three types of wrist cocks in the golf swing! This is very interesting because in researching wrist cock, I have never come across any You Tube videos with an explanation such as yours.
