I seen this video got right on to get it hmmm thankfully I have the nuka world dlc 😂 I'm level 297 no mods or glitches and I really enjoy the game that much and I have fall out 76 witch I don't like and I'm also 200 plus in xd bring us a new game already with out multiplayer they killed it for me

I have like 18,000 caps at level 51 on my 5 play through. I never knew about this. I’m gonna spend all my caps except 100 and finding this mag. Next play through, I’m heading straight to this magazine after getting my SPECIAL single stat raised (Str) by one. I’ll start with a 6 str, get +1 from SPECIAL, +3 from this magazine, making me a 10 strength melee monster before level 10. Or I may go with a 10 str to start, +1 SPECIAL, +3 Magazine making a 14 str without any chems or booze! I can’t wait to try!

Depending on your build, the 3 strength points are helpful, but an extra 3 endurance is useful for any build.

So is it a persistent effect? It changes depending on your caps?

By the time I reached nuka world, I had like 30k caps from my water empire😂😂

Iv always thought it was one of the most strongest at worst its a special points in survivability and carry weight just store your caps at home to reap more while not actually being broke

Fallout games are so VAST and amazing. Even though FO4 dumbs down the RPG element BIG TIME, it is still such a COOL massive open world to explore.

So put your caps in a safe before collecting this magazine. Wonder if it will take you above level 10 if you're already maxed out?

What if you have zero caps

I have over like 60,000 caps right now because of a glitch (more of a feature) that I've been using. I posted a tutorial for it on my profile. I'm gonna have to buy out every vendor in the market multiple times before I pick up this magazine. Lol

You can totally stash your caps also unless your selling or buying items and get the bonuses immediately for being “broke” it’s one of the best passive perks ever in the entire game

Idk if ive ever been poor enough 4 it to do anything. It would be good if it was like fallout 3 where u can give ur caps to ur companions

This is by far the most useful thing id never heard of. +3 STR and END is crazy, but any level is strong for a magazine

I always carry a fortune in caps, i never buy anything without trading stuff like jet, mutfruit or water until the merchant is broke. This perk will never serve me as well as it could.

You mean the most useless magazine. By the time you have access to it, you're most likely drowning in caps and will never get the boost.

Scared of needing the caps, don't know how to keep your caps low? Buy ammo instead of having caps. The. 38 can be bought at 1 cap per bullet and sold as such.

I have an addiction to caps so this is useless to me. I’m currently at 67000 and it continues to grow. Whenever I buy something I sell purified water to get the caps back.

Just let yourself be scamed by the wierd cult in suits I forgot what there called get the mag gain 3 endurance kill the cult get your caps back and you get the best of both worlds)

This is the best magazine for me couse i dont even use caps. If i need to buy something i just pay with purified water from my farm

Thanks for this one ive collected this mag and didn't acualy notice the details of the perk im walking around with about 70 k caps that I never spend as everytime I do a trade I pay the bill with fusion cores as I have a sht tonne of them in my inventory so the caps keep building up now ill be storing them all somewhere inaccessible to settlers and raiders from now on lol
