so when are we gonna get a preview of your new commute then Cruise, how is the new job?
ОтветитьI always wear reflective vest and Mini first aid kits . ;)
ОтветитьExcellent video Cruise!
ОтветитьHey cruise, why not opt for the airless tires on the commuter? That seems like the ultimate in reliable, worry-free tires. No pumps, no tubes, no patches, etc.
ОтветитьFrom an MTB perspective, not commuting, a chain breaker tool and a quick link.
Ответитьwhy not the solid tires on this bike instead? less comfy but more reliable and you carry less stuff
ОтветитьFender is good idea in rainy season! Niceee 👍👍
ОтветитьWhere can we get that shirt?
ОтветитьI've learnt the hard way to own patches and fenders too 😅
ОтветитьThis tool is really unique lol
ОтветитьThat ratchet would be awesome if it was a torque wrench too.
ОтветитьIs the u-lock stand a bit diagonal? I did buy a u-lock, but it gets on the way of the bottle if I try to put normally. I thought about putting the stand in a different way, but it might get in the way of my legs. Though overall here in Japan it might be a bit excessive. What I do (the cable that came with the u-lock, plus another descent password cable) for when I park in front of a store is probably still excessive, though I will probably keep looking like this for now. Cycling with the u-lock is added weight I definitely don't need on my 40km+ rides. I am sort of forced to use an outside parking lot for now, so for the nights I do use the u-lock too.
Ответитьman i really like your schwinn bike <3
ride safe!! im from Philippines
I've done some long bike rides without tools, extra tubes and lucked out by not getting
Into trouble . after your video I,m going to invest in some of those items. You are one
Great talker . I have a silver mountain bike I put silver chrome fenders on it. Not only
Does it keep water from flying ,but it makes the bike look cool ! Lets gooo safely !
Luv watching the videos, so informative 😁👍😍
Ответитьi replaced tyre levers with small forks.
i find the way out myself.
Why don't you use your Nitecore bike light anymore? Are the Cateye better in any way?
ОтветитьDon’t forget a good phone mount; I’m a big fan of quad lock
ОтветитьDefinitely my favorite Bike! I have a 2007 schwinn Madison. They Are the most reliable and the Simplicity is great just get on and ride no worries. Also very cool ratchet tool.
Have you upgraded anything on your Madison?
thx shr
ОтветитьCan you make a review of clothing equipments, especially for Japan's dry winter?
ОтветитьWhy what glasses were those red ones which were photochromatic?
ОтветитьI had a multi-tool that was almost as small as a big coin. On a bike trip to Ireland it got confiscated at the airport. My most important "tool" added lately is a Garmin Varia rearview radar, but i still have a mirror on the drop end. I go as light as possible with my bags, but still manage to carry a bunch of stuff (pump, tool, patch kit, rash kit, phone, tube, id, some money). Weighs about a pound.
ОтветитьI'd definitely recommend getting something like a PitLock for wheels and maybe saddle if it's expensive. You can then ditch the cable lock and it saves you time locking up.
ОтветитьThe way you pronounce "ratchet" makes me want to burn down an orphanage.
Ответитьsingle speed???? let me guess you still have dial up internet as well? lol.
Ответитьwhat odometer do you use?
ОтветитьLove the content of this channel
ОтветитьI think the first thing you need is some more gears.
ОтветитьWhere's the link to unique?
ОтветитьWhere are the links?
ОтветитьThe only time I used a bell, it ended up in my only time falling of a bike: the pedestrians moved out of my way, right to where I was going to move away from them, so I had to make a sharp turn to not ride into them. I was very lucky and fell on grass, but I still got an injured knee which kept me from riding my bike for at least a week.
Ответить3e
ОтветитьPardon me, but having a video with k-level views and a sponsorship would really be worth the cost of a single CO2 cartridge.
Ответитьnice video and review..
thankou for shaing..
keep safe.
Lol two locks are like under kill in NYC
ОтветитьWhat would you recommend for mounting the action cam? On the bike on your body or on your helmet?
Here are my thoughts:
On the bike: needs DiCi mount. Stable, but shaky footage.
On your body: need to buy some vest or strap to hold it in place. Steady footage (i suppose)…🤔
On the helmet: need to buy some sort of strap to hold it in place, maybe not so shaky and will see similar to your field of view. You look funny.😅
What do you think? Will using it for bike commute (same distance as yours ~40k 2-way)
Who the fuck carries a huge backpack with bike tools to work?
Ответитьthis 15 key is a MUST for my two motorhubs.
ОтветитьE bike tubes and strips on 26 27
Ответитьworried about something getting stolen in japan? that’s hilarious.
ОтветитьBro staring at me too much.
Ответитьa lot of your links are dead ok :0
ОтветитьI ride about 16km a day ,it helps to have flat peddles , I have a aluminium, tcr, it's a cheap , relatively fast , light bike, I don't even carry anything, if I get stuck I'll just walk it home. But if you want a small saddle bag with co2 and a spare tube, that's will help , I also have a bike light , for when it gets dark , tail light is also good and water if you really pushing it
ОтветитьI like your bike
Ответитьmy shoulder feels sore while commute 20km with my fixed gear and backpack. is it my backpack or my bike fit?
ОтветитьUr def. Of huge fits under my def. Of small 😂
I commute with a 40lt NorthFace backpack; I am far from practical for that, because I hate to leave things attaches to the bike....😅
Saw the Schwinn Madison with the crowned fork and that (original?) paint job and clicked the video immediately. Edit: I didn't realize how recently Schwinn was still producing these
