Using Only the BEST Items in The Sims 4 To Build a House

You always manage to make beautiful and stunning homes. You play challenges which pick your building style and you are great at it . BUT I think it would be great if you show us YOUR dream home! How do you imagine your dream home? This is day 1 of asking for Syd's dream home✨

😍 Before I share my video idea: I feel like you could do this challenge/trend 10 more times and the builds would be different every time. There are just too many good items and they often depend on the type of build we're going for!

My video idea: create separate "room wheels" for packs/kits that include a whole bathroom/bedroom/living room/patio set etc. and spin it to determine what you have to use to create according rooms (spin again for more than one bathroom/bedroom). Once you've used base items from the randomly spinned pack/kit you can decorate it with clutter/art/plants from all of the packs/kits you got for the whole house as well as base game and debug. Same rules go for fill-in areas, the outside of the house (doors, windows, roof paint, trims, fences... Everything :>). It would require you to spin first I guess to know what you can use so working a little bit backwards but I think it would be a cool challenge 😁

Hi syd! I have a challenge idea I want you to tackle next 🥰 please make a mini city at the largest lot available in ts4! There should be different apartment buildings, maybe also a set of townhouses, then a cafe, mini vet, etc. You can decide what you wanna put into the mini city really. It would be so fun 🥰

Full House, Fresh Prince, Family Matters, either as tiny homes or townhouses. “You’re doing great sweetie”😂 keep up all the hard work Syd, you deserve all your success💕

One of the things I have noticed that Syd loves that I am not as much of a fan of is the things that lean against the wall. Ie: the frames and mirror. But hey.. she makes ‘em work

i think i could say under almost all of your buildings that i want to live here because who doesn't... so many items you use quickly became my favorites as well and i'm grateful to you for that. i'm personally digging everything either from for rent pack or with grayish blue/reddish orange combination swatches. but if both present... oh, i am so in love. thank you for your talent Syd!!

Can you do some challenge with bathrooms next time maybeee? Like use some spa stuff from packs or do big Victorian bathroom with makeup table and things like that ? I know u don’t like to make bathrooms that much so I think it would be fun and creative and maybe you’ll come out of your comfort zone while building 😂
