My favorite run on DOA2 was with an undead that never wore a helmet. Had to fight at the WHOLE game and it was pretty fun.

Not sure if anyone else said this but the mass effect trilogy, being renegade unlocks so much.

In Elden Ring going through the backside of the manor doesn’t lock you out unless you fight Rykard all the way at the bottom.

Haha, yeah I remember in Infamous 1 realizing how much of a bad choice it was to be "good" when all the enemies were ice based like you when tge evil option would give you fire powers, making the game a breeze.

Cleaning out villages in DOS2 is just as normal as not finishing the game and starting over at some point even though you spent 100 hours already. At least it doesn't give you XP for killing merchants.

I thought there will be one of the Overlord games in this list...

You forgot about Killing your Sister in Fable. That rewards you the best sword in the game.

Hogwarts Legacy would’ve been even better, if you could eventually choose to become a Dark Wizard and side with Ranrok and Rookwood

i never.. ever agree with skyrim when i come to the point where i am tasked with killing Paathurnax... like i refuse.. Paathurnax is my fav npc in the whole game and i will never hurt him.. especially since all the bad things he has done happened in the past and he really has changed... although that is not really the reason why i am so against killing him. the real reason is that i just love reptiles XD

Both sides fit the playstyle you want to play with
Good karma powers are just as fun and the visuals are just as amazing

Kinda surprised that killing little sisters in Bioshock didn't make the cut.
And for the cheevo hunters among us, the whole tying a woman on a railtrack to be run over in RDR was pretty twisted

How did Mass Effect (any, but especially 1) not make this list? You can literally commit 2 genocides in the first game. A couple of more throughout the series. And poor Moridin if you’re being a dick. And Legion….

When I saw the title, the first game that came to mind was KOTOR II.

I definitely helped O'Dimm. Not because of the rewards, but because O'dimm is like some kind of force of nature, and I felt like getting rid of him might actually throw the entire world out of balance. From a strictly lore pov.

For the record, helping Olgird also makes me feel sick. He's just a prick, and he won't be missed. Also, O'Dimm helped me find Yennifer in White Orchard, without asking for any favours.

In fable, you also get the best sword in the game by being evil

Ya know how DEAD RISING survivors aren’t technically canon nor are they required for any actual ending whatsoever? I tried a run wherein I just murdered every single survivor Otis alerts you of…but that didn’t change a single canon thing either| So doing a “NO RUSSIAN” in DEAD RISING makes just as much difference as any alternative|
