Fried Rice Ingredients
* 4 Onions (chopped)
* Garlic 10 cloves (Chopped)
* 6 Cups of Basmati Rice
* 2 tablespoons Thyme
* 700ml Meat/ Chicken stock
* Bell Peppers: 1 Large green bell pepper, 1 large red bell pepper & 1 Large yellow bell pepper
* Green peas 300g
* 4 Carrots
* 350g Sweet corn
* Basil flakes
* 1 tablespoon ground ginger
* 1 tablespoon basil
3 tablespoons seasoning
* Protein of choice Meat/ Chicken
