I'm extremely disappointed with the Cybex Sirona car seat, which I bought for my 12-month-old child. The chest piece buckle can be easily unclipped by my child, making it a serious safety concern. When I reported this issue to Cybex, I was asked for videos, which I never received a response to. When I followed up with a phone call, the representative told me they don't consider it an issue. Unacceptable! As a result, I'm done with Cybex products. Their lack of responsiveness and dismissive attitude towards a critical safety flaw is shocking. I'll make sure to warn others about their subpar quality and terrible customer service. To other parents, avoid Cybex products if you care about your child's safety. We deserve better from companies that claim to provide essential products for our kids
