PSVita is BETTER then the Nintendo Switch (Nintendo Switch VS PSVita)

I have the 1st ps vita still love it and I have both the big Nintendo switch and switch lite and love them all but I still say the vita is a better build quality I think the switch feels cheaper the analogs on the switch feel poorly made they both have there pros and cons

I used the Switch charger as a phone charger for a year.

I've been charging my galaxy s10 with my switch charger since I bought it a year and a half ago.

And yes, the switch has a higher res, higher quality screen than the vita.

I’ve got both and they have strengths and weaknesses but come on, Switch blows Vita out of the water spec wise.

Psvita is good but in terms of graphic. Switch hold the best 10 times better graphic.Too bad!

Btw. I use anker typc C cable for Switch to charge.

Ps vita slim doesn't have that charger. It has micro usb like ps4 controller

Why not just dock the Switch if using the charger by itself is an issue?

I have a couple of questions:Why you only mentioned somethings that psvita has? Why didn't you mentioned joy-cons or that the switch is a hybrid console? Why didn't you mentioned ZELDA?
If you mentioned these you would see that Switch is better.

Screens are made of plastic because they are harder to break. It scratches easily but if you drop it, it won't break. Glass would not get scratched that easily but it would break more easily if you drop it. And these things are targeted (at least partially) to children.

I agree with almost everything, but I don't understand why you haven't included the games they run in comparison? They even have some cross-platform games that they both run, like Dynasty Warriors 8.

I think switch is better. Gaming experience, multi player, joycons. Aesthetics yes psvita takes it all but with functionality and real gaming experience. I will still choose the switch

I feel bad for the switch, all these years and the ps Vita is still rocking.

Biggest downfall of the vita is there are no new games coming anymore. I have both and honestly have more fun playing my Switch even though the Vita is a much better handheld. If the Switch could load and play mp4 files and added Netflix, Disney+ and HBO Max it would be awesome!

I'm a fan of both.Its 2022 and I just purchased a nice PSVita which I chose cause of the smaller size and rounded design which I specifically chose as I will be taking it with me when I leave the country shortly to be with my fiance and kid's.Good luck finding a Vita for 80.00 though.

You are really reaching with the charging port. That vita charger was a bad choice by sony, it is annoying to replace and it charges slower than usb-c.

I feel that the Nintendo switch is better than the PS Vita, 3 reasons, it’s portability it’s games are unique and innovative, especially Nintendo‘s first party games like Super Mario Odyssey, Zelda breath of the wild And of course, the PS Vita cannot run Skyrim or the Witcher 3.

I love my Ps vita 2000 I still have it since 2015 and it’s still looks brand new in 2024 I haven’t use it a lot so that is why looks sooo brand new and now I’ve been playing it a lot now too in 2024 I miss playing some of my old time games my Ps vita 2000 design looks wayyyyyyy better than my switch lite
