Robin, have you managed to get the OGO urine diverted into the black tank of any of your RV's? I cannot find good information and am having trouble finding anyone who will tackle this job for me. Help would be appreciated. I bought the OGO because of you just as I went with another type after listening to you five years ago. I have never dumped a black tank and never want to.
ОтветитьI've just started to investigate which I will get. The ones I've seen are way to heavy for me to clear it all. Also that TURN wheel. No way! How heavy is this unit?
ОтветитьLove watching your vids girl! This one is a game changer for sure. Hope to get out there with you soon!!
ОтветитьNever an Airhead. It has a chipboard NOT Plastic seat which breaks too easy
ОтветитьHow does it work if your boondocking? If you don't have electricity, how do you get it to turn??
ОтветитьThanks Robin for the info, the video AND the discount code that was still honored! Just ordered mine and will get it installed as soon as i get it, I have a Class B van, tired of the cassette toilet!
ОтветитьJust ordered the new OGO Nomad. Very small, no mixer but has the divided sections.
Think I’ll have to make a small platform to raise it a little because it sits very low.
Expecting delivery soon.
The great thing about this model is that it will fit in small spaces: campers, vans, tents etc.- completely portable.
Awesome video! You are by far the most informative, easy to understand, and entertaining RV Utubers! Thank you so much 🙏 Has any tried the OPO Nomad yet?
ОтветитьROBIN!!! I just checked it out and the price is now just $984! About $200 less than when they came out! The creativityrv code doesn’t work now but that’s ok! I’ll take $200 off instead, lol! Good deal!
ОтветитьGreat explanation. Thank you for the video!
ОтветитьLove your video and agree with the benefits having had two previous rigs with an Airhead compost toilet. I am curious how is your choice not to use the vent hose working for you?
ОтветитьHey Robin! Great video. We are attempting to educate boaters to convert to composting toilets and also recently were introduced to the OGO. The biggest resistance is the perception of smell and handling raw sewage. But the eco options, the lower cost compared to traditional vacuum / macerating heads and the hassle of finding dump / pump stations are making composting toilets a great viable option. kudos on your channel.
ОтветитьThink of it like cleaning up after your dog. You bag it and trash it.
ОтветитьStill cant work out how companies charge over $1000 for a bucket.... :)
ОтветитьExcellent information! I was not aware of the Ogo. In regards to grey water disposal, I usually don't have any issues because I use plant-based biodegradable soap for everything requiring soap.
ОтветитьSo......tell me, a year has passed...how is the OGO working out for you!!
ОтветитьI am new to the RVing world and am curious whether the OGO is compatible in a wet bath/shower setup. In short, I know I can swap out the regular toilet with the OGO, but is there an electrical issue having it in the wet/bath shower? I tried reading through the previous comments but couldn't find a similar question.
ОтветитьGreat Instructional Video.....Went over everything. Thorough, Honest Real Points to Consider. Thank-you
ОтветитьA suburb video as usual. We are looking at a new RV that only comes with a cassette toilet which is a dealbuster for both my wife and I. How can you find out if the OGO will fit in a particular RV?
ОтветитьThanks !
ОтветитьAll you need is a utility bucket and plastic bag and wet towel. It works great all the time
Ответитьgruise disgusting Yajuj Majuj Jinn Dajjal halet Washington Babelon Rome Europe sewer toilets all fixures Armageddon Malhama WW3
ОтветитьYou would have liked the Trelino. Half the price, will never run over as it is a self contained. Developed by engineers to have a urine diverter and poo box. I have the Evo L 16.9 inches. My knees are too old for a shorter one. I use horse pellets in mine. I like your channel. Good info!
ОтветитьThe shot killed me lmao
Great video
Wow I need this toilet!!
ОтветитьI haven’t even purchased my camper, but I’m definitely going this route.
ОтветитьGuys - when they get older - can't sit and pee because the bending causes some constriction due to different anatomy than females. It would be nice if the manufacturers had a stand up urinal attachment for men.
ОтветитьWell as you know, Robin, we girls can do, and sometimes must do 😂 #1 and #2 at the same time. I hope all my stuff stays separate until diversion time. 😂
ОтветитьThank you for the video. Blessings to you.
ОтветитьThanks for the video!
Can you put a link or description for the red screw on plug that screws into the toilet flange? It's nice to be still able to access the black tank that way
Thank you so much for making this video! I appreciate you😊
ОтветитьGREAT information…. Thank you 🎉
ОтветитьHi there, I love your videos they’re very informational! I was hoping you could guide me on how to get rid of the black tank smell. I followed all of your steps to add the OGO toilet and I never used the black tank but previous owners did of course and I’m noticing the hotter it gets outside I can smell the black tank. Any suggestions you did to eliminate that?
ОтветитьThis was fascinating! Thank you so much for sharing this ❤ I’d always wondered about how these work. Is there something that closes off the urine storage jug between uses? Do you use anything to wipe or wash down any splashes?
ОтветитьCurious how it would work with diarrhea. I had my stomach stapled 35 years ago and pretty much have diarrhea all the time. Also, I often pee and poop at the same time so would need the backside open all the time.
ОтветитьUse biodegradable bags for the solids.
ОтветитьSorry. Not buying this glorified thunder jug. I am 76 years old and remember those childhood days well. Trying to justify all the objections is ridiculous. After all that, then there is the outrageous cost!
No thank you
Thank you for sharing I think I'm going to get this one 👍💩
ОтветитьThank you for such a thorough review video. Because of your experience with the OGO toilet, I just used your discount code and purchased one for my RV.
ОтветитьWe have a new travel trailer coming. I have been all over the internet looking information on composting toilets. You sold me. I ordered an Odo from Amazon.
Thanks for putting together such a comprehensive demonstration.
I may have missed the info. If you use a urine diverter, does it divert it into your grey water tank? And how do you “evaporate” that tank?
ОтветитьThe compost thing sounds like changing a cat litter box.
ОтветитьQuite frankly, even if throwing it away is “illegal”, you can do it inside into a black trash bag and put all of your other trash into the bag and nobody would ever know the difference and I really doubt that anyone is going to go through your trash to find out and, like you said, it just smells like dirt so they’ll be confused about why you threw away dirt…
ОтветитьDid you say '3' or '30' for how many BM's before dumping?
ОтветитьEdit, edit, edit. Stick to the information. This isn’t an all day lunch with the girls.
ОтветитьI LOVE your videos! Thank you so much for the info. You so clear, easy to follow, and FUN! Thank you for inspiring me!
ОтветитьVery informative!
ОтветитьIn lots of areas in the World with less than 'robust' sewer systems binning bum wipes is the norm.
ОтветитьYa kno I’m really pooping on an ogo 😮😂😂🎉🎉🎉😅😅😅 squeeze
ОтветитьRobin, how much is the OGO toilet and where can you buy one?
There is a new toilet made in Germany that starts with a TRU that sounds similar to the OGO.
