For my opinion I advise people who want to grow taller do this:
1. Nutrition: eat protein rich foods, consume calcium, vitamin d(sunlight) and consume more calories.
2. Sleep more,so that your body release growth hormone.(9-11hrs)
3. Exercise your muscles by lifting weights or strength training exercises and also.add cardio.
