ОтветитьI feel like you are giving me some of the answers, I am asking myself now at 61, 62 in 3 months. I have Panama on my list of places to retire.
ОтветитьMaggie could you list your email again, thank you.
ОтветитьThank you so much for your channel... You are a Godsend with your valuable wisdom and advice. I'll be 61 this year and was scared when I looked at my SSA amount if I retire at 62. This helps me get my thoughts together and my plan!!!
ОтветитьHi Maggie I have watched a few of your videos and left a couple of comments. Wow I too had a long career as an RN then back to college to get my Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner degree. I retired earlier from healthcare than I planned as I was in a slump after losing both of my sweet parents within 3 years of each other after being their primary care givers. I did not want to make a fast decision to just do something that might not be too smart, so I have been quietly thinking and most importantly praying about my next step. Panama is at the top of my list of just three places. I like that Panama has a better infrastructure physically in most places and the healthcare system. I look forward to my first visit in early 2025 as a look-see. I am coming with an open mind. As prior Air Force I always heard so much about Panama especially when the former Howard AFB was open. I never visited when the AFB was open on Panama, but friends who were stationed there spoke highly of how the country was developing especially due to the success of the Panama Canal. The other places I have on my list are US territories but so much more expensive. Affordability and quality of life are at the top of my list. For me it's important to be just a few hours by plane away from the coast of the US. I don't want to be some place where I have to travel for hours and hours to get back to the US. Thank you for sharing Maggie!
