Fisherman’s pie

1kg of mixed fish
5 spring onion chopped
8oz Feta cheese
8oz mature cheddar
1 pint of milk
12oz plain flour
8oz Butter
Fresh parsley
2lb potatoes
Mixed salad
4oz Spinach

Make a roux with the butter and flour, add hot milk and make sauce, add fish, spring onion, Feta cheese and spinach, cook for 5 minutes and put in oven dish.
Make mash potato and put on top of fish sauce, add grated cheese on top and put in oven 180c for 35-40 minutes.
Take out of oven and serve hot with mixed salad or garden peas.
