NissanConnect® EV and Services provide a collection of telematics features accessible through the NissanConnect® owner’s portal or associated companion app.

You must have an active NissanConnect® EV and Services subscription to use these services or remote features.

To enroll in NissanConnect® EV and Services, create an account or log into your Nissan Owner Portal with your Vehicle Identification Number or VIN. Follow the prompts to complete enrollment.

Next, download the NissanConnect® Services and NissanConnect® EV companion apps and log in using your Nissan Owner Portal ID and password.

Confirm the terms of service and complete the user registration form. After registration is completed, a user ID and password are provided.

Touch INFO on the Launchbar, then touch ZERO EMISSION to:
● View energy economy, history and usage,
● View a map with estimated driving range,
● Locate and update nearby charging stations, and
● Adjust settings for all Zero Emission functions.

Here is a quick overview of some of the NissanConnect® Services features that may be available for your vehicle. A full description of these and other NissanConnect® Services can be found in your NissanConnect® Owner’s Manual.
● Remote Battery Status Check, to remotely check your vehicle’s charge using the NissanConnect® Services web portal or companion app.
● Unplugged Status and Charge Complete Notification, services that will send notifications to your email when charging is completed or the charger is unplugged from your vehicle.
● Check Cabin Temperature and Set Cabin Pressure, which allow you to monitor and adjust your cabin temperature settings using the NissanConnect® Services web portal or companion app.
● Automatic Collision Notification, a service that generates an automatic connection between the vehicle and the Emergency Response Center when the vehicle has been involved in an accident that was severe enough to deploy the air bags.
● Emergency Call, which connects you to NissanConnect® Services Specialist who will assist in the dispatch of emergency services to the
vehicle location. To use this feature, press the SOS button on the overhead console. The SOS button should only be used in emergency situations.
● Roadside Assistance, which dispatches roadside assistance to the vehicle location in non-emergency situations. Roadside Assistance can be accessed by touching the headset icon on the map screen, via mobile application or by calling the Roadside Assistance provider directly.
● Stolen Vehicle Locator, a service that works in coordination with law enforcement agencies to assist in the recovery of a stolen vehicle.
● Remote Door Lock/Unlock, for use when you forget to lock your car or if you need to open it and don’t have the keys. To use this feature, log in to the NissanConnect® Services companion app or website or contact a NissanConnect Services Response Specialist.
● Boundary Alert, a feature that allows you to monitor the movement of your vehicle in and out of specified regions you have set on the Monitoring section of the NissanConnect® Services web portal or companion app.
● Alarm Notification, a feature that will notify you when the factory-installed vehicle alarm system has been activated.
● Curfew Alert, for setting curfew limits through the NissanConnect® Services companion app, or website, to be notified if the curfew is violated.

To access the NissanConnect® EV & Services menu:
● Touch INFO on the launchbar, then
● Touch NISSAN EV & SERVICES.
