Will it be possible to play with 2 keyboards and mice?

Is it theoretically possible to have split screen with 2 keyboards and 2 mice instead of 2 controllers or is it impossible to make one keyboard only control one part instead of the whole computer same as with one mouse controlling only one part?

Splitscreen only is only with 2 controler does it work with another ketboard and mouse ??

this would be perfect to play with my ex a few months ago, but im single now so i have nothing to use at the moment so ill keep this in mind in any case

BROOO recently i was testing out the Re-Console java mod and its amazing to expereicnce ps3 minecraft again. i was wondering if it had split sreen but it didnt BUT NOW, i can finnaly pair these t wo mods to have fun with my brother on "ps3" minecraft

on server we can take an other minecraft account or offline account lol (already existed mod with this way but for 1.12.2)

I rather use legacy 4j for playing Minecraft Java with a controller and use the split screen mod with legacy 4J

i played minecraft bedrock on ps3 ps4 ps5 its normal for me to play local splitscreen bcs we couldnt play on servers for YEARS

you can ofcourse use some features from the console bedrock edition or just console edition not only to find features but also for knowledge reasons like things should not be different beweennthe bedrock splitscreen and this splitscreen just bcs it would be confusing

Things that i think are missing:
Account Managment (let split screen account login if possible)
Multiple displays support (Basically removing esc menu autopause, and splitting the splitscreen 2nd minecraft instance into another window). What is important, is that there has to be a simple way to combine both of them into a single window again. At least thats my take on things i would like to see.

i used some hacks on my system to get separate mouse pointers for different mice and played minecraft on two instances in split screen with my cousin.
It is only possible on linux with xorg.

do i need to buy this? i couldnt find this on modrinth and in patreon it say i need to buy it...
