How about when the on and off button is nowhere to be found, like I want to connect my speaker, it had that button then suddenly it went missing, I want to turn my Bluetooth on but I can't because that specific button is missing, what do I do?

Well I uninstalled bluetooth drivers and rebooted. Everything is gone. Windows never loaded them back when I restarted.
