I dont get it. I need Java for Optifine but it didnt work. Every time i click on it, open with Java, it says Java can not be installed. I never had this problem on Windows 10. Can somebody help?

I get the downloading part. But when i try to run it, the installation wizard refuses to come up. Iv'e tried installing and reinstallig it over and over again. Iv'e also tried running other versions but the same issue. Someone help.
