This one pot series is lunchbox friendly , and also beginner, bachelor friendly. Save and share this recipe. You will only need a cooker to make this in 20 minutes. Also comment below 👇 if this is useful to you!
1. In a cooker, add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp ghee, bay leaf , cinnamon, cloves, fennel seeds 1 tsp and cardamom 2 nos. Add cashews handful and raisins 5-6 nos. Let it roast.
2. Add 1 large or 2 medium onion slices along with green chilli 2 nos and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Saute well.
3. Add mushrooms 1 cup and fresh green peas 1/4 cup, salt 1 tsp and pepper 1/2 tsp. Mix well and let it cook.
4. Add 1 .5 cups water and 1 tsp lemon juice. Once it boils add 1 cup soaked basmati rice. Pressure cook for 2 whistles. Serve with raita or sauce of choice.
