This is actually very sad. The important of teaching is literally the survival of civilization. They get paid nothing. People with 0 skills get paid millions so smoothbrains can jump on a sofa.

I don't know, it seems a utopia but I have a concern about the high-level of IQ enhancing drugs tests being failed by some of our star teachers right now.

If this is actually how we treated teachers, our education system would be top notch and people would actually respect teachers and the education system more.
