The most potent snake venom is from an Australian snake called the "Inland Taipan". There are three basic types of Taipan in Australia, the coastal, the mainland, and the "inland". Costal and mainland each use a neuro-toxin, but not the same one. The Inland-Taipan uses both of those neuro-toxins.

That said, the snake has a relatively small and remote natural habitat, and is also more likely to try to avoid humans if at all possible.

I’m Australian. We had an Eastern Brown Snake in the laundry about two years ago. I think the snake was as frightened as we were. It took off at lightning speed.
We’ve moved from that area since though. Now I’m the outback we have only the inland taipan to worry about! Lol

In Australia it’s kinda unlikely you will run into funnel webs, brown snakes, box jellyfish and blue ringed octopus so don’t worry and plus Australia is a 1st world country and have great healthcare

I've had not the scariest but the most dangerous one. I caught a brown recluse spider thinking it was a wolf spider. I raised it for 2 days but then released back in the wild.
