UK Prime Minister Responds to Liverpool Parade Incident

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer said the whole of the UK stands with Liverpool after a car ploughed into a crowd during Liverpool FC’s Premier League victory parade. Four people are described as ‘very, very ill’ in hospital. Almost 50 were injured, including four children. A British man (53) was arrested at the scene. Police are not treating the incident as an act of terrorism.
