This match shows the fundamental flaws in SA's methods that eventually cost them the World Cup. Klusner is the finisher, But he still takes a single of the 4th ball to put Elworthy on strike with only 2 balls to go and 5 runs to get. What are the odds of winning a game from there. Had he refused the single , stayed on strike, they have 6 runs of 2 balls but much better chance of winning. The more stupid thing is Elworthy wanting the 2nd run of the penultimate ball. Same stupidity done by Donald in World Cup Semifinals and rest is history. Withe this kind of fundamental mistakes maybe they didnt deserve to win it at all
